Is the "Roles settings" position in the user account form hardcoded? I'd like to rearrange it, e.g. so that the element is directly below the "Account settings" element. Most (core) elements can be rearranged changing the row weights on "Manage fields" (admin/config/people/manage). Is it possible to make the "Roles settings" available on this page as well, to get a specific row weight?
Edit: when you view the user account form as admin (with the core permission "Assign user roles"), the Roles checkboxes are placed as part of the "Account settings" fieldset. So, the issue exists for user accounts without the "Assign user roles" core permission – probably the default use case for this module.
