Review and cleanup releases #26
Comments
I would say drop anything below 1.x-0.5.1, keep only 1.x-2.0.0-alpha4 of the 1.x-2.x branch and leave both 1.0 releases. |
@sikofitt , do you know how to make this happen on github? If yes, can you remove what is not needed? Once we clean up github I will file a ticket on backdrop.org to cleanup theme page there |
Sure. I will start doing this now. |
@irinaz I cleaned up the releases but am not sure if backdrop is pulling from tags or releases. Looking at the image it seems like they are pulling tags. Can we verify this? If we need to delete the tags as well? Or should I just go ahead and do it? I don't see any reason why someone would need an old tag. |
I do not see why anyone would need or should be using old tags. There are lots improvements in the newest theme, so we want to use most recent version. Also if anything is broken bugs should be filed agains most recent version as well. |
We are good here. Backdrop just needs to update the releases. |
It looks like the releases have been updated on backdropcms.org. I think this can be closed now. |
I will test installation and close this, thank you so much, @sikofitt |
fixed on backdropcms.org |
Let's review and clean up releases that are not used anymore and should not be visible during installation process
