Allow multiple Grafana instances configuration in same Backstage instance

🎤 Context

In the previous repository, there was an issue about support multiple hosts configurations (K-Phoen/backstage-plugin-grafana#11)

And a possible solution (already implemented in this pull request: K-Phoen/backstage-plugin-grafana#76)

There are some organizations that have some Grafana instances running and would be nice summarize some dashboards from all of that
