Since we have the ability to switch color schemes, I think that for completeness, the accent color should be able to be switched as well. Ideally we would be able to choose "from current color scheme", "from current wallpaper", from the preset colors, and from custom colors, for both light and dark, just like in the "colors" section of the "appearance" settings section.
