[REQUEST] Option to delay theme changing in certain condition

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
An option to delay based on idle time, what app is running, GPU usage or anything. The current feature makes my eyes burn every morning

Describe the solution you'd like

• Option 1: Enabling the delay when idle time > 3 minutes or any number depending what user want
• Option 2: Enabling the delay when certain app is running

That is called + - OFFSET . . .

It is on the "Road Map", but it needs to be implemented by somebody else than me . . .
