Unable to choose MultiSafepay as a payment option when creating order as admin

Description

Currently, administrators are unable to select the MultiSafepay payment method.
This is a crucial feature that needs to be implemented to improve the efficiency of our order processing.

Expected Behavior

Once an order is created, an email should be sent to the customer with the order number and a link to complete the payment. Initially, the order will be in the Pending stage.
Once the payment is completed, the order's status should change to In Progress.
