ORCID Registration is not functioning

Current issue

1. Click on Create of Connect your ORCID iD on the registration page
   
2. Sign into ORCID
3. A blank page is shown at a URL similar to this:
   https://journal.bahaistudies.ca/online/orcidapi/orcidAuthorize?targetOp=register&code=xx1234
   

Possible cause

I'm fairly sure this is due to URL rewrites, similar to API issues.

The blank page returns a 200 and seems to load fine, but it's empty. Additionally, adding index.php as a prefix to the URL path doesn't seem to help. Will have to consult the dev team for this.
