目前的快照逻辑在磁盘满的情况下存在异常, 无法生成新的snapshot, 但是却将本地的braft日志给清理掉了, 这里导致重启的时候故障恢复期间一直校验失败退出, 这个问题的详细描述和修复在 #461 中进行跟进.
