"selection colors" incompatible with "dynamic cursor color"

SELECTION_COLORS_PATCH apparently takes precedence over DYNAMIC_CURSOR_COLOR_PATCH, so the latter doesnt do its job

a (possibly dirty yet efficient) fix for this (in x.c) would be:
