When a desktop safari user goes to manager.balance.io they should learn why they cannot use our app.

Until we have @WalletConnect from @pedrouid ⚔️

We should make the homepage of Manager update dynamically in each browser.

On mobile we should explain what is possible and what is not.

For example, people on mobile could be directed to Trust Wallet.

Google re-instate MetaMask. Phew!
