MacOS Supported Version Requirements Outdated? #4336

Etcher version: 1.19.25-x64
Operating system and architecture: MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave
What happened: Balena Etcher 1.19.25 cannot be installed. The DMG shows the application with a white circle with a slash overlaid, which means it does not support this OS

Proposed solution: Update Etcher Site to no longer show support from MacOS 10.13 and up

If anyone is looking for a working version for Mojave, 1.18.11 still works just fine.
