navigation bar title?

is this setting the navigation bar title? I got a blank one, can not find how.

for example how could I set the "Modals View" like your modal example?

That looks correct! Do you have jQuery loaded?
If you clone this project you will find that it basically contains a working app that the spec suite uses and which you should be able to run with rake!
