Is this just for the benefit of our tests? Maybe it provides no value (or even negative value) to actually running in production. If that's the case, we should figure out other, better ways to make the tests predictable.

Convert Cash to a @DataClass

Required hacky use of __setattr__ to quantize the Decimals, so hopefully #37 can address that.
