Allow install/update via homebrew package manager

Hey, loved to learn about qtscrcpy as a long time user of scrcpy.
One thing that is a bummer is not being able to install and keep it up to date easily through a package manager such as homebrew. The process is low effort and quite straightforward: https://docs.brew.sh/Adding-Software-to-Homebrew
Let me know if'd like to do it yourself or let me or someone else from the community take a stab on this.
