I can't edit SVG , i think some part of files are missing or something . A setting tap missing according to the pic . How can i solve this problem .

Have you installed the (old official) Node-RED dashboard? Because this is a UI node, which only works in the (old official) Node-RED dashboard...

hi, i'm here again, i can fixed , i was forgot install nored dashboard, I think they should be more specific in the documentation indicating that a prerequisite is installing node-red-dashboard , so beginners do not have problems.
