Feature Idea: Allow Kamal to Build Accessories

Kamal Accessory Build

Sometimes in our project we run into situations where we need a one-off tool that may not work as part of our main app, especially if that tool needs to be in a different language.

Examples:

• A migration tool when moving something from another language to whatever the main app kamal is deploying is
• A integration proxy that translates a standard json payload to a partner specific payload

While I can put together the containers and write the code to push them to our registry myself, it seems kamal is already set up to do this, it'd be cool if I could configure kamal to do what it does for the main service for locally developed accessories as well.
