It would be useful to have some way to confirm that Tictac AAE has started/is building/has built it's trees. Certain admin operations (such as aae_fold) rely on the trees, but there is no way to know if they are fully available. At the moment, there is riak-admin aae-status for legacy AAE to show this, but nothing similar for Tictac AAE. I propose something be made available under riak-admin tictacaae-status showing the status on the local node.
