The UG mentions that CMD + ` can be used to switcvh between help and nurse address book window but it doesnt work when NAB is full screen and help is launched from there

We will specify that the command does not work if the app is in full screen in the user guide, using Mac.

Reason for disagreement: In my opinion, I feel that this is a functionality bug that can be fixed by including it in the documentation. But that does not change the type of bug in my opinion.
