Batteries going really fast?

I get this:

Looking at this, i'll be happy to have a battery by the end of the week 😔.

I'm polling every 30 min... Am i doing something wrong, or would the original batteries just be crap?
Because this is not expected behaviour, right?

A bit late now, but I'll add this now, anyway:

This happens if the electronics are compromised or there's a problem to begin with. Usually shows up as "moisture 0%" regardless of what it should be. Battery will drain fast and it will not read correct.

It has happened on a few new sensors I got, got replacement ones that worked.

If it's an old sensor it probably got wet electronics. Dry it and see if it can be cleaned with electronics cleaner.
