How to get the previous behaviour showing the number of free stalls at Tesla Superchargers for all the map?

Previously the display at
https://teslalogger.de/suc-map.php

showed in France (and other countries) the number of free stalls

now it shows a cloud in an area

In Germany however it shows the number of free stalls and a color (red if no available, orange or green)

What should I modify to get the previous behaviour?

some time ago there was a API available and we could get information for all SuC around the world.
This API is not available anymore and we collecting data from Tesla Owners that are now online in specific region.
If no charges are visible e.g. in France => no TeslaLogger users are online in this region :/
Most users are from germany, that's why is germany are almost completely covered
