Add tire pressure for MQTT message

I was trying to create a HomeAssistant dashboard based on the MQTT data that TeslaLogger can provide. However, I realized the information for tire pressure (tpms) is completely missing. This seems useful information; is it possible to get added? It looks like the codebase captures it, and I can see tpms information in my grafana.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've reviewed TeslaMate and they have it, but I rather not setup 2 system.. Also, TeslaMate seem to capture the TPM information 2x, one in "bar" value, and another in "PSI" value.. My preference is PSI.
