npm install will cause an issue after this module is downloaded

Dear Author

Thank you first for providing such a useful module.
I'm using it in my local development.
Unfortunatly, it has a bug when I run npm install again after this module has been installed.
e.g. I need some other modules.
The bug is that all the SDK content disappeared, and just a package.json left.

I've faced this issue many times.
Everytime I run the CLI npm install, I need to download it(600MB o(╥﹏╥)o).
Do you know how to avoid this issue?
