Input-Scroll w/ lazy prop produces large numbers on holding control

Since the default control modifier step is 0.1 and lazy doesn't validate the input value, it doesn't clamp or use Math.floor and can turn values like 29.97 into 32.4699999999907 by holding control and scrubbing.
