Add device type model strings to display in HASS MQTT devices page

Please add a comment with the device type and what the device is, a URL to the product on the cync website would be great. If there isnt a cync product page for it, please consider these points:

• Is it Direct Connect (WiFi & BTLE), BTLE only or WiFi/BTLE/Matter?
• Is it full color, tunable white only or set to a certain kelvin and dimmable only?
• Is it one of the dynamic lights?
• Is it one of the reveal or reveal HD+ devices?
• For a wired switch, is it a on/off or does it have other features and does it require a neutral wire.
• Any other specifics about the device
