Like #342, I also was mystified for quite some time trying to work out how to add an attachment.

Would you consider a UI button and entry in the Note menu?

Cheers for such an awesome tool!

You can add attachment by "drag & drop" or by "copy & paste" ... I think both are pretty standard.
Additionally you can right click on note text and select "Attach file".

I will currently not add additional UI button, but pull request is welcome.. :)
