Due to some prod issues found in Bazel 6.0 rollout we're supporting Bazel 5.x.x on HEAD of rules_ios in a way that's minimally impactful until end of Q2ish.

While rules_ios supports Bazel 6.0 and many of our users run it - people found unknowns around:
