Mini-workshop to improve the transcribing process

Before the workshop:

1. transcribe media files (try short and long audio and video files)
2. write down here, what doesn't work in DPE & document in screenshots, what the issue is
3. competitors analysis: look at other services that offer 'upload'/'transcription' and share it with the team here. Try to think outside the box and see what other services offer regarding similar interactions
4. The team will consolidate and see how we can improve, including how feasible it is (TBD)

Closing this issue. Ngan-Thi has made a new design based on the outcome of #221. #230 is created to implement the new design.
