IceWM 3.7.0.1 no longer honors ModSuperIsCtrlAlt=1

In IceWM 3.6.0 the configuration ModSuperIsCtrlAlt=1 was honored and pressing the "Super" = Windows key worked as ctrl-alt.

In IceWM 3.7.0 this setting in preferences file is no longer honored, and pressing "Super" does nothing.
