Description of feature / user story

Acceptance Criteria

Given there's no internet connection
When the wallet does not detect an internet connection
Then a no internet connection banner is displayed below the header

Given internet connection has returned
When the wallet detects that an internet connection is established
Then the no internet connection banner disappears
