Description:

It is possible to register multiple BCeIDs with a single email. If an industrial reporter loses access to one account, they might recreate one and re-request access to the system.

This card is about

• not using email addresses as an identifier in the system (we will be creating multiple user records)
• making sure that we reset access to the previous account and the new one

And I don't have access to any organisation anymore
