Name Examination login failed due to the keycloak-js. See the changes in sbc-common-component: PR #800.

The keycloak-js version needs to be updated to 26.0.0, but additional errors may arise and require further fixes.

this ticket needs to be pushed to prod at the same time SBC-Common-components get pushed to prod.

we are just fixing DEV/TEST immediately
