Describe the task
vuejs-noty does not work with Vue 3. Potentially we can use 'vanilla' noty: https://ned.im/noty

Purpose
Our migration to Vue 3 will break vuejs-noty related code and we need to find a Vue 3 solution for notifications.

Acceptance Criteria

Notifications in the application are working as expected
