Description
Reduce third-party dependencies and improve container image loading time.

Technical Details

Identify Bootstrap class names and update styles accordingly, then remove the Bootstrap link from the HTML head.
Update the image tag and pull policy to use a specific commit hash tag, reducing unnecessary image pulls.

Definition of Done (DOD)

The maintenance page functions as it does currently.
