Description
Enhance request-related information and progress tracking.

Technical Details

Add the following database fields to the request schemas and update the codebase accordingly.
- cancelledAt
- cancelledById
Display the canceled status on the request table list page.

Definition of Done (DOD)

The request table list page displays detailed canceled status information.
