Innovation: Spatial approach to NWM skill scoring

Explore options for displaying best performing numerical weather model on a map.
Options include:

• by zone or fire zone unit
• by station group members
• by manually selected stations

Allow user to select a weather parameter, visualize the preferred NWM based on skill score over the past n days.
Need to consider which model performs the best at 1, 2,...5 days into the future.
Include box and whisper plots for each NWM so forecaster can compare NWMs.

Stretch goal - Apply predictions from the NWM to the Morecast datagrid.
