Hi,

I run ntSynt-vis below;

ntsynt_viz.py --blocks tes1.synteny_blocks.tsv --fais fai.tsv --prefix tes1_2

then i got one error like this output.log.
can you give me the advice?

yes. i tried test data and it was successfully run.

My suggestion is to walk through the demo and replace the test files with your own data as you go. This approach should help troubleshoot the issue.
