after install bedrock brl tutorial basics get stucked on brl fetch -n tut-alpine and does not detect when you write the command on other terminal being in an infinite loop

I assume you're referring to step 2. Once you've run the specified commands such that you think it should progress, what do these commands output:

1. brl list
2. brl list -v
3. ls /bedrock/strata
4. strat tut-alpine head -n1 /etc/os-release
5. strat tut-void head -n1 /etc/os-release
