[BUG]player.onBufferPosUpdate

在鸿蒙系统手机上，播放长视频为m3u8格式的视频时，会出现player.onBufferPosUpdate不去更新缓存进度，当播放的当前进度大于缓冲的进度时，视频播放界面就会出现缓冲100%一直卡着也不会去动
