op73_no01: Alla ottava symbol renders, but notes are not transposed down

@craigsapp In the first example, the alla ottava symbol renders, but the noteheads are still rendering in the sounding octave. This example is created with the entire krn file in the buffer, so I've attached my local copy of the file rather than creating a link. In the second example, I've yanked the measures, and now somehow the issue is fixed.
