Super useful & not too crazy to do. We can use the Html structure from Belle.

I think for the Elm version we do not want to have the dragging handle. Nobody want's to take care of that in the model :) What do you think?

I got a super basic scaffold toggle running,.. when browsing through the belle-source, I realized this is actually quite a huge component :-) ... probably because of the animation / touch-handling etc.

Do we have a plan how we organize animations? Is there a builtin mechanic in elm or do we want to use CSS animations?
