Scholar blocked due to automated queries on 'update all citations'

I'm finding that every time I update the citation count on my whole zotero database (fairly large), I get blocked by google scholar. In the firefox version I wasn't getting the google scholar popup (with capcha or block message).

I would very much like to be able to configure the lag when updating citations..
