I install incomplete after set cluster #52

when I set the cluster username password then BEMOSS install incomplete and them give the message as shown

then I can't run BEMOSS or Advanced Setting, and them give the pop-up like I didn't install the BEMOSS as shown

HOW TO FIX thanks for help.
** THE BEMOSS USERNAME : admin already
