Overflow direction & non-overflowable part

(Those not really connected, but probably could have enough common/dependant parts to implement them simultaneously)

1. We should be able to control the direction in which overflow happens (right now its ltr)
2. We should be able to define a part on the right (or in overflow direction) that should be always visible. Example: “some price ix X” — we would want for X to be always visible and to have just one component instead of using extra markup.
