As Crazy ITcorporer I think we can have option for Team forming option/team for matching.
This is other type user as "Group" then we can talk in group in ITcracy vote who can be "joined" or "unjoined" from chat or group.
My suggestion is for

  • "pre-chat" for testing/gaming with early stage with user to meet feels and flow, and then accept him to "final-chat"
  • "final-chat" is more trusted, and available after some "voting points" (gaming, see: Need promo for vsinder #239)

Group users can be searched this same as user with option to "group" way swiping to match some social users.
