"No More Profiles" Issue

I've experimented and come across this.

For accounts that have 600 Likes and below it is easy for the search algorithm to not be applied and run out of profiles.

For instance, on another account, I have which is 2,525 likes I haven't come across this message and hit the max of 500 per day. On the account with 600 likes, I only get 1 or 2 profiles until the message shows up. I know there are many other profiles available due to the other account, so something is up with the search algorithm.

Changing the age range(such as max) doesn't do much either.

Is this an indication that more profiles are found based on how many likes a user has on their account?
