It's not much, and it doesn't affect the rank, but this fluctuation should be eliminated/controlled.

I am not sure it is a bug (overall I think statistical reproducibility is a nice think).
But we could make it easier to control the complete pipeline randomness.

Do you have examples that are not reproducible?

The current code with braindecode pipeline already produces the fluctuation

 benchopt run . -s BraindecodeModels -d BCNI --no-timeout

@jpaillard has more details (the person who reported the issue)
