Add backgrounds and hats

Do we want to add backgrounds and hats? Or is this intended to be play-based (animals and food) only?

I'm open to having those listed 👍

I'm not sure where we can get the assets for those however. For the pets they were possible to scrape together from various emoji packs online. I'm not sure whether the same will be true for the hats and backgrounds. Failing that it might be useful to have confirmation from the devs that we have permission to use them in the site.
