It'd be much easier to read if you were to consolidate turns based upon their tiers (for appearance probability)

For example:

Turn 1/2 10.0% / level up
or
Turn 1-2 10.0% / level up

instead of

Turn 1 10.0% / level up
Turn 2 10.0% / level up
