MWM uses a fair few hardcoded strings

It would be good to move everything into strings.xml so that we can have a push to getting the app localised into different languages.

Anyone know if there's any tool out there that can automate the task of moving all the strings from the layout xml files into the string table?

All the strings from the layouts have been moved to strings.xml so can be translated.

There are still lots strings left, such as all the ones that drive the watch displays (though localising those could be tough considering the limitations of the watch fonts)
