Toggleable light/dark mode feature for web-network #243
Comments
I'm a mobile developer, but I'm sure I could handle this issue and treat it as a learning experience into web development. This was also one of my first thoughts when using the mainnet. |
I'm glad we agree on this, excited to see the results. |
Hey @ckConstar (and @jaymeschroeder) we already have the design ready for this to happen; the hard part here is to line up how this should be done. Ping me on discord so we can have some talk about how we should tackle this |
It seems i can give a hand n this one. |
Hi @jaymeschroeder I would apricate if you were to contact @moshmage to share some ideas with each other if you haven't already done so. Cheers |
@vhcsilva is working on this. |

Create a toggleable feature that enables the user to switch between dark and light mode while using the web app.
Whilst keeping the original BEPRO blue as the main focus, edit the darker black and dark grey colours into their lighter counterparts white and light grey (or whatever is deemed aesthetically pleasing while still delivering the desired outcome).
I don't believe it will be necessary to edit the header in anyway in order to achieve this however the text found elsewhere may need to be altered slightly (from white to black).
That being said, feel free to add any alterations that you deem suitable for this bounty.
Due to this being a very common feature among modern apps there is obviously a demand for this type function and I believe it will provide a much more customisable experience for our users.
